Major changes have recently taken place within the Real Estate Industry. Below are some resources to help you navigate this process. It is now a REQUIREMENT from the Department of Justice that buyers working with a REALTOR® have a Buyer's Representation Agreement before seeing any home.

This change took place on August 17, 2024.
